NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene material based on 4,4'-azo-1,2,4-triazol-5-one comprises dispersing graphene in N,N'-dimethylformamide, adding 4,4'-azo-1,2,4-triazol-5-one in N,N'-dimethylformamide solution, heating at 50-100 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, cooling to 0-4 degrees C, drying to obtain graphene-coated 4,4'-azo-1,2,4-triazol-5-one co-crystals, grinding into powder, putting into a tubular furnace, and heating at 500-800 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene material, where the mass ratio of graphene and 4,4'-azo-1,2,4-triazol-5-one is 1:1-10. USE - The method is for preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene material based on 4,4'-azo-1,2,4-triazol-5-one. ADVANTAGE - The method does not need to use adhesive and completely keeps the 4,4'-azo-1,2,4-triazol-5-one crystal surface properties.
