NOVELTY - Single-flake graphene production involves utilizing single-flake oxidized graphene, which is prepared by natural flake graphite. 0.27-1 mg/mL of single-flake oxidized graphene water dispersing liquid is prepared. 98 wt.% of concentrated sulfuric acid is dripped into single-flake oxidized graphene water dispersing liquid in 100:74-16 volume ratio under ice water bath condition. Reaction temperature is 60-100 degrees C. Reaction liquid is added into de-ionized water and cooled at room temperature. The obtained mixture is filtered by solvent filter. USE - Method for producing single-flake graphene (claimed) for use in microelectronic elements, lithium ion batteries, fuel batteries and reinforced composite nano-material. ADVANTAGE - The single-flake graphene production method is cost-effective, simple and safe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The single-flake graphene is produced by utilizing single-flake oxidized graphene, which is prepared by natural flake graphite. 0.27-1 mg/mL of single-flake oxidized graphene water dispersing liquid is prepared. 98 wt.% of concentrated sulfuric acid is dripped into single-flake oxidized graphene water dispersing liquid in 100:74-16 volume ratio under ice water bath condition.
