NOVELTY - A wool fiber comprises wool fiber and gel film, which is coated on the surface of wool fiber. The gel film is obtained by spraying the 5-8% gel solution on the surface of wool fiber and drying. The gel solution comprises 50-60 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane, 3-7 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. nano-graphene, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. cellulose ether, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. methylene succinic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 1-3 pts. wt. potassium silicate and 22-28 pts. wt. water. USE - Wool fiber used for making sweater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wool fiber has smooth surface, excellent glossiness, and low fineness, is soft to touch, has improved plasticity and spinnability, improved processing performance, mechanical performance and health care performance.
