NOVELTY - Modifying graphene fluoride comprises carrying out initiate polymerization of olefin monomer using living radical of the fluorinated graphene to obtain polymer chain, grafting the obtained polymer chain in situ onto the sheet of the fluorinated graphene to obtain fluorinated graphene derivative. USE - Used as modifying graphene fluoride. ADVANTAGE - The method: has stable and controllable process, and no explosion phenomenon; and shows certain oxygen resistance behavior. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use of fluorinated graphene comprising using fluorinated graphene as initiator to initiate polymerization of olefin monomer to obtain free polymer.
