▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An artificial vision system comprises visual sensor based on photo-memristor. The photo-memristor comprises electrode (A), electrode (B) and aluminum oxide/multilayer graphene thin film dielectric layer arranged between electrode (A) and electrode (B). USE - Artificial vision system for preparing retinal array (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The artificial vision system has simple device structure, and can realize bipolar photoelectric response at ultra-low voltage and realize reconfigurable optoelectronic synaptic plasticity, which lays the foundation for further integration for flexible processing of optical information. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An artificial vision system comprises visual sensor based on photo-memristor. The photo-memristor comprises electrode (A), electrode (B) and aluminum oxide/multilayer graphene (AlOx/MLG, where x is 0-1.5 (excluding 0)) thin film dielectric layer arranged between electrode (A) and electrode (B). INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the artificial vision system, which involves using multilayer graphene, trimethyl aluminum, water, electrode (A) and electrode (B); and (2) preparation of retinal array.
