NOVELTY - The method involves connecting a G-SERS substrate with a silver nano structure-graphene-gold nano structure device. An electron beam evaporation coating machine is formed with a silver nanometer structure and connected with a silicon substrate. A vapor deposition rate is determined. The silver nano structure-graphene-gold nano structure device is connected with the electron beam evaporation coating machine and formed with the silver nanometer structure. A control time is determined, where thickness of the silver nano structure is about 1-10nm. USE - G-SERS substrate preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing G-SERS substrate preparation process in a simple manner, and increasing testing efficiency, detecting efficiency, accuracy and reliability, and reducing time consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a cancer cell detecting method.
