▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A polypropylene composite material comprises 40-88 pts. wt., preferably 54-77 pts. wt. polypropylene, 2-15 pts. wt., preferably 5-12 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer/graphene composite material, 6-24 pts. wt., preferably 10-18 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer and polyamide composite material, 4-24 pts. wt., preferably 8-16 pts. wt. talc powder, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt., preferably 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-0.7 pts. wt., preferably 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Polypropylene composite material used for injection molding foam. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene composite material contains polyamide capable of increasing the melt viscosity of the polypropylene composite material, and increasing the strength of the cell skeleton of the polypropylene composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polypropylene composite material, which involves mixing the polypropylene, the polyolefin elastomer/graphene composite material, polyolefin elastomer and polyamide composite material, antioxidant, lubricant in a high mixer, and then adding to the main feed portion to the twin-screw extruder, at the same time, adding talc through the lateral feeding portion of the extruder, melt-extruding, granulating, cooling by water and pelletizing, in which the number of revolutions of the twin-screw extruder at 150-300 rpm, and the reaction temperature of 180-240 degrees C, preferably the extrusion temperature of 190-210 degrees C.
