NOVELTY - Multifunctional composite sulfur recycling catalyst comprises 80-90 pts. wt. porous carrier with particle diameter of 600-1000 mu m, 6-15 pts. wt. graphene, 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. vanadium pentoxide, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. lanthanum oxide, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. rhenium oxide, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. cobalt and 12-15 pts. wt. iron salt in ferric oxide. The porous carrier comprises 20-30 pts. wt. active alumina, 15-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 30-40 pts. wt. silicon dioxide and 2-3 pts. wt. zinc oxide. The iron salt is ferric nitrate, ferric sulfate and/or ferrous sulfate. USE - Multifunctional composite sulfur recycling catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has good Claus activity, organic sulfur hydrolysis activity, good antioxidation function, and uniform performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the catalyst comprising preparing raw materials; dissolving iron salt in deionized water to prepare iron salt solution; ultrasonically dispersing graphene in deionized water, adding porous carrier, and uniformly mixing; adding iron salt solution to mixed solution, sonicating, adding vanadium pentoxide, cerium oxide and cobalt oxide to prepare preliminary catalyst; evaporating and concentrating preliminary product under ultrasonic vibration conditions at 80-90 degrees C; and drying at 120-150 degrees Cfor 10-20 minutes, and drying at 500-530 degrees C for 2-4 hours.
