▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing self-lubricating microcapsule/bismaleimide friction composite material comprises (i) (a) adding graphene oxide and thermoplastic resin to an organic solvent, stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain a wall material precursor, adding emulsifier and ionic liquid into water and mixing uniformly to obtain a core material precursor, (b) mixing the core material precursor with the wall material precursor, stirring to volatilize the organic solvent, washing and drying to obtain a self-lubricating microcapsule and (ii) (p) mixing self-lubricating microcapsules, diphenylmethane bismaleimide and diallyl bisphenol A, heating and melting to obtain molten body, (q) casting the molten body into the mold, placing in a vacuum drying oven, vacuuming to remove air bubbles until there is no bubble overflow, performing stage heating for curing to obtain a cured product and (r) subjecting the cured product to heat treatment to obtain the product. USE - The material is useful for preparing self-lubricating microcapsule/bismaleimide friction composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has long service life, wider application; and can be used under oil-sensitive materials and oil-free pollution conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for self-lubricating microcapsule/bismaleimide friction composite material prepared using the above method.
