▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-small metal oxide nano-particle modified graphene aerogel based on in-situ self-growth involves using natural crystalline flake graphite stone powder as raw material to prepare graphene oxide aqueous solution, preparing iron ion/graphene oxide gas gel by using iron chloride solution and graphene oxide as raw materials to prepare iron ion/graphene oxide aerogel at low temperature, and using iron ion or graphene oxide gaseous gel calcining to form ultra-small metal oxide nanoparticles modified graphene aerogel. USE - Method for preparing ultra-small metal oxide nano-particle modified graphene based on in-situ self-growth is used as raw material for cathode material, and applied to alkali metal ion battery (all claimed), and used in water treatment, flexible wearable device, super capacitor, battery, electric vehicles, mobile electronics and power grids. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to accurately control graphene interlayer distance and improve lyophilic property, preparation method is simple, raw material is cheap and easy to obtain, preparation process has low energy consumption, and prepared modified graphene interlayer distance has excellent hydrophilicity at the same time of expanding the interlayer distance.
