NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a piece of a metal plate to be rolled for rolling, or preparing multiple metal plates to be rolled for rolling and compounding. Water, oil and nano particles are mixed according to proportion and performing high speed stirring and ultrasonic vibration treatment. The blank to be rolled of the metal plate or multiple metal plate group of blank is cleaned into a corrugated rolling mill for a first time rolling. Heat treatment is carried out to a single layer or composite metal plate obtained by rolling, straightening, trimming, segmenting, and making into metal plate finished product. USE - Method for improving surface quality of a corrugated roller cold rolling metal plate based on a Nano lubrication. ADVANTAGE - The method prolongs the service life of the roller, and improves the surface quality of the metal plate. The method solves the problem that the metal plate corrugated roller cold rolling process in the shape of warp and surface quality is bad.
