NOVELTY - Preparation of polyvinylpyrrolidone-modified hydrophilic silicone rubber antifouling composite material involves stirring silicone rubber and 0.3-0.4 %mass graphene, pouring into a pre-prepared abrasive tool, curing for 24 hours to obtain silicone rubber-graphene composite material, cleaning the composite material with 75% (volume/volume) ethanol for 5 minutes and deionized water for 10 minutes in sequence, drying in an oven, mixing KH-792(RTM: N-2-(aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane), anhydrous ethanol and water in a volume ratio of 1:1:4.25, hydrolyzing for 8 hours to obtain silane coupling agent solution, preparing 2 wt.% polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 solution with anhydrous ethanol, coating the surface of the dry silicone rubber-graphene composite material with a layer of the silane coupling agent solution, drying in the oven at 60℃, soaking the dried material in polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 solution, drying to room temperature, and placing in the oven at 30-40℃ for 2 days. USE - Preparation of polyvinylpyrrolidone-modified hydrophilic silicone rubber antifouling composite material (claimed) used for preventing harmful microorganism from adhering to surface of solid material. ADVANTAGE - The polyvinylpyrrolidone-modified hydrophilic silicone rubber antifouling composite material has excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and antiaging property, low surface energy, contact angle of up to 20°±5.4°, and high antifouling ability to Paracoccus pantotrophus(Gram-negative bacteria), Bacillus subtilis(Gram-positive bacteria) and Chlorella, and modified durability, which can last for 1 month.
