NOVELTY - A heat-conducting and heat-dissipating water-soluble fluoride coating 15-25 %mass resin, 30-45 %mass PTFE, 1-5 %mass polyvinyl alcohol, 1-15 %mass functional filler, 1-5 %mass ethyl lactate, 2-5 %mass curing agent, 2-5 %mass dispersant, 1-3 %mass leveling agent and 1-5 %mass defoaming agent, where the resin comprises polyurethane resin, polyacrylic resin and amino resin at mass ratio of (1-7):(7-12):(1-6). The functional filler comprises composite thermally conductive filler and composite radiant filler at mass ratio of (1-9):(3-11), the composite thermally conductive filler comprises magnesium oxide, silicon carbide, aluminum nitride and aluminum oxide at mass ratio of (1-5):(1-9):(2-4):(1-5), the composite radiation filler comprises nano-polyaniline fibers, graphene oxide, nano-manganese dioxide, carbon nanotubes and nano copper dioxide at mass ratio of (1-3):(1-7):(1-9):(1-2):(3-9). USE - Heat-conducting and heat-dissipating water-soluble fluoride coating. ADVANTAGE - The prepared coating has excellent thermal conductivity and heat dissipation performance, and the coating ensures excellent chemical stability, weather resistance and abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing heat-conducting and heat-dissipating water-soluble fluoride coating, which involves uniformly mixing resin and PTFE and subjecting to radiation treatment, adding polyvinyl alcohol, ethyl lactate, curing agent, leveling agent and defoaming agent, rotating and mixing uniformly, and performing light treatment at room temperature, adding functional fillers and dispersants, stirring for 20-40 minutes at 400-800 rpm, adjusting stirring speed to 1000-1500 rpm and stirring for 10-20 minutes.
