NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide/phenol red polyarylate composite material, involves sequentially adding phenol red and benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride (BTEAC) into a sodium hydroxide solution, stirring and mixing, and taking out after fully mixing to obtain a mixed solution. The isophthaloyl dichloride and terephthaloyl dichloride are mixed and stirred, and taken out, after fully mixing to obtain acyl chloride solution. The acyl chloride solution is added into dichloromethane, stirred and mixed, and taken out, after full dissolution to obtain an acyl chloride solution dissolved in dichloromethane. The graphene oxide is added into water, and performed ultrasonic treatment to obtain a graphene oxide suspension. The ethylenediamine is added into graphene oxide suspension, and performed stirring treatment, washing treatment and drying treatment to obtain aminated graphene oxide. The aminated graphene oxide is added into mixed solution for ultrasonic treatment to obtain a black-red solution. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide/phenol red polyarylate composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has high polymerization rate, short polymerization time, low polymerization temperature, high polymer yield and large molecular weight. The obtained polyaryl ester has suspended large side groups, and has a wider and adjustable performance range compared with the traditional polyaryl ester, and the addition of the graphene oxide also improves the processing performance of the polyaryl ester material and enlarges the application range of the traditional polyaryl ester.
