NOVELTY - The film has a conductive heating layer provided with raw material that is provided with a conductive material and ink containing polymer agglomerant, where the conductive material is selected from one or more of metal nano-material, carbon nanomaterial, graphene material and ITO material. A thermochromic coating is made up of photon material or thermochromic material. A substrate is selected from a flexible film, where selectable object of the flexible film is selected from one or more of polyethylene glycol terephthalate, bidirectional oriented polypropylene or polycarbonate. USE - Flexible electrochromic film for use in a thermochromic device. ADVANTAGE - The film has high transparency, electro-thermal driving optical characteristics, and can be manufactured by extensible coating technology, and realizes the production mode of roll-to-roll.
