NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/polyamide dielectric composite material includes mixing sebacic acid, itaconic acid, decamethylenediamine and diamine monomer at mass ratio of 2:8:5:5 at 70-80 degrees C to obtain bio-based polyamide, drying under vacuum for 24-36 hours, taking carbon nanosphere, dispersing in deionized water for 2-5 hours to obtain carbon nanosphere suspension, pouring into aqueous graphene oxide at 25-45 degrees C, stirring for 2-5 hours, filtering, freeze drying to obtain graphene oxide-coated carbon nanosphere powder, dispersing powder in deionized water for 1-3 hours, and adjusting pH to 8-9. USE - Method for preparing graphene/polyamide dielectric composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/polyamide dielectric composite material has high dielectric constant and good oxidation resistance property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/polyamide dielectric composite material involves mixing sebacic acid, itaconic acid, decamethylenediamine and diamine monomer at mass ratio of 2:8:5:5 at 70-80 degrees C to obtain bio-based polyamide, drying under vacuum for 24-36 hours, taking carbon nanosphere, dispersing in deionized water for 2-5 hours to obtain carbon nanosphere suspension, pouring into aqueous graphene oxide at 25-45 degrees C, stirring for 2-5 hours, filtering, freeze drying to obtain graphene oxide-coated carbon nanosphere powder, dispersing powder in deionized water for 1-3 hours, adjusting pH to 8-9, adding dopamine, stirring at 40-60 degrees C for 24-48 hours, freeze-drying to obtain graphene oxide based dielectric filler, dissolving bio-based polyamide in ethanol, adding graphene oxide based dielectric filler, dispersing for 1-3 hours in deionized water to obtain stable graphene oxide based dielectric filler suspension, stirring for 1 hour, removing solvent using rotary evaporator and drying mixture under vacuum.
