NOVELTY - Production of aluminum alloy material involves melting aluminum in melting furnace, heating at 840-880 degrees C, adding silicon-calcium alloy, copper-aluminum alloy, zinc-aluminum alloy, rare earth-aluminum alloy and graphene, stirring, leaving still, sampling to obtain aluminum alloy liquid, casting, rolling to obtain aluminum alloy, homogenizing and aging. USE - Production of aluminum alloy material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple production of aluminum alloy material with improved electrical conductivity, performance, heat resistance, arc resistance and mechanical properties.
