▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Photoresponsive material comprises graphene, azobenzene, and 5,9,14,18,23,27,32,36-octabutoxy-2,3-naphthalocyanine copper, where material is dark blue solid and has pi - pi stacking interactions and absorption peak at 700 nm. USE - As photoresponsive material. ADVANTAGE - The material is easy to control, has excellent optical and electrical properties and photoelectric conversion rate and can be prepared simply and rapidly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for manufacturing the photoresponsive material, which involves (a) spraying prepared oxidized graphene water solution (2-4 ml) with the concentration of 1-0.2 mg/ml and area of 2X cm on tin indium oxide glass at 60-70 degrees C, heating the obtained glass at 120-180 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, (b) adding anhydrous ethanol and deionized water in a volume ratio of 1:4 to the glass at 50-70 degrees C, further adding hydrazine hydrate solution (4-12 mu l) with concentration of 80%, reacting for 5-7 hours, and vacuum drying the sample, and (c) dispersing azobenzene and 5,9,14,18,23,27,32,36-octabutoxy-2,3-naphthalocyanine copper in acetone to obtain azobenzene solution (2-5 mg/ml), immersing the tin indium oxide glass in prepared azobenzene solution, removing the glass from solution after 30-70 minutes, and vacuum drying the glass.
