NOVELTY - Preparation of polyethylene terephthalate nanocomposite, involves weighing polyethylene terephthalate, epoxy resin, trimethylolpropane triacrylate, nano alumina, alkyl betaine, potassium dicyclopentadienedicarboxylate, acetyl citrate, epoxidized soybean oil, graphene oxide and hydroxypropylcellulose, adding polyethylene terephthalate, nano alumina, alkyl betaine, potassium dicyclopentadienedicarboxylate and epoxy resin to barrel, stirring at 100-120 rpm for 8-10 minutes, adding remaining raw materials and extruding obtained mixture using twin screw extruder. USE - Preparation of polyethylene terephthalate nanocomposite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of polyethylene terephthalate nanocomposite with excellent compatibility. The polyethylene terephthalate nanocomposite has excellent physical property, chemical property and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polyethylene terephthalate nanocomposite, involves weighing 60-70 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 20-25 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 4-7 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 5-15 pts. wt. nano alumina, 3-6 pts. wt. alkyl betaine, 4-8 pts. wt. potassium dicyclopentadienedicarboxylate, 5-8 pts. wt. acetyl citrate, 1-4 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, 10-18 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 12-18 pts. wt. hydroxypropylcellulose, adding polyethylene terephthalate, nano alumina, alkyl betaine, potassium dicyclopentadienedicarboxylate and epoxy resin to barrel, stirring at 100-120 rpm for 8-10 minutes, adding remaining raw materials, stirring at 100-120 rpm for 8-10 minutes and extruding obtained mixture using twin screw extruder.
