▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing enzyme sensor involves processing the glassy carbon electrode to remove surface impurities to obtain a bare glassy carbon electrode, and using graphite powder as a raw material to prepare graphene oxide by Hummers oxidation method. The prepared graphene oxide is used to perform reduction to prepare graphene. The graphene is dispersed in the chitosan-acetic acid solution and sonicated to obtain a graphene-chitosan suspension. The bare glassy carbon electrode is placed in the graphene-chitosan suspension, and loaded the enzyme on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode by electropolymerization to obtain a graphene-chitosan modified glassy carbon electrode. The silver/silver chloride (Ag/AgCl) electrode and platinum electrode are then prepared. The graphene-chitosan modified glassy carbon electrode used as a working electrode, and used Ag/AgCl electrode and platinum electrode as auxiliary electrodes to obtain an enzyme sensor that can detect hydrogen peroxide. USE - Method for preparing enzyme sensor for detecting hydrogen peroxide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing enzyme sensor with good electrochemical performance and improved performance.
