NOVELTY - Graphene-coated titanium nano heavy anti-corrosion coating comprises 9-11 pts. wt. main agent and 1 pt. wt. curing agent, where the main agent comprising 25-35 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. graphene slurry, 1-3 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 6-9 pts. wt. 706 titanium dioxide, 35-45 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. carbon black, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. defoaming agent, 15-25 pts. wt. barium sulfate and 2-4 pts. wt. thinner, and the curing agent comprising 6-7 pts. wt. epoxy modified curing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. diacetone alcohol and 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. isopropanol. USE - As graphene-coated titanium nano heavy anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The prepared heavy anti-corrosion coating is cost-effective, can withstand a salt fog test in excess of 1000 hours, and reduces spraying frequency. The nano titanium dioxide improves the fineness and the flatness of the paint surface, and the paint surface is more attractive. The graphene slurry and the zinc phosphate enhances the corrosion resistance of the heavy anti-corrosion coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-coated titanium nano heavy anti-corrosion coating, comprising (a) mixing components in main agent and pre-dispersing main agent using high-speed disperser until viscosity of the mixture is 0.2-0.3 pa.second to prepare a mixed color paste, (b) grinding the mixed slurry and dispersing by using ball mill for 20-40 minutes to prepare color paste, (c) mixing components in the curing agent, adding the curing agent into the color paste, and stirring for 15-30 minutes by using a stirrer to prepare the semi-finished heavy anticorrosive coating, and (d) filtering the semi-finished product heavy anti-corrosion coating through a bag-type filter.
