NOVELTY - Plasma repairing 523 type ternary lithium battery positive electrode comprises e.g. disassembling waste 523-type lithium battery to obtain battery waste positive electrode and waste graphite negative electrode, taking certain amount of positive electrode powder and waste graphene, compacting negative electrode and placing in repair chamber, filling compacted waste positive and negative electrode graphite with compacted sodium hydroxide-lithium nitrate mixture, maintaining temperature inside repair chamber at 318-323?? C, using plasma as heat source to maintain temperature in repairing chamber at this temperature, and using molten sodium-hydroxide lithium nitrate. USE - Method for repairing 523-type ternary lithium battery positive electrode plasma by plasma used in electric automobile. Can also be used in hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). ADVANTAGE - The method removes the impurity of the lithium ion battery waste positive electrode repair the capacity attenuation, have good electrochemical performance and cycle life when preparing battery positive electrode, and reduces the energy consumption of the powder repairing positive electrode.
