NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene copper wire comprises ball milling graphene oxide powder and oxygen-free copper powder to obtain mixed powder, hot-press sintering mixed powder to reduce graphene oxide powder, mixing with oxygen-free copper powder to obtain graphene copper sintered body, placing graphene copper sintered body in vacuum melting furnace, adding auxiliary materials, performing vacuum melting to opbtain graphene copper alloy, setting eye mold at the end of vacuum melting furnace to convert graphene copper alloy into graphene copper bus bars, sending graphene copper bus bar through high-frequency heater, forming graphene copper wire through eye mold, annealing graphene copper wire and winding. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene copper wire. ADVANTAGE - The copper wire increases thermal conductivity to 500-600 W/m K and conductivity percentage to 102-120%, improves conductivity of heat generated by electronic components, has conductivity characteristics and reduces volume resistivity by 5-20%.
