▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Functionalized GFET comprises a substrate, a functionalized single-layer graphene, a source/drain and a reaction pool. The functionalized GFET is covalently modified with a DNA probe. USE - Functionalized GFET is useful for detecting miRNA by using the functionalized GFET (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The functionalized GFET combines DSN with GFET for the first time, and makes full use of the high specificity and signal amplification function of DSN in miRNA detection, as well as the ultra-sensitive and rapid characteristics of GFET in biological detection, high-specificity, rapid and ultra-sensitive detection of miRNA in biological samples can be achieved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for detecting miRNA using the functionalized GFET.
