▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Use of reduced graphene oxide laminate membrane is claimed as barrier material in which reduced graphene oxide is formed from reduction of graphene oxide with reducing agent which does not generate significant amounts of carbon dioxide (CO2) or carbon monoxide (CO) as major component when it reduces graphene oxide and/or reduction of graphene oxide with reducing agent leads to oxygen originating from graphene oxide which is displaced or exclusively expelled as water. USE - The reduced graphene oxide laminate membrane is useful as a barrier material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide membrane is impermeable to gases and water, is less fragile and/or more chemically stable than conventional membranes, and is flexible. Barrier material can be easily formed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) method of producing barrier material which involves reducing graphene oxide laminate to form reduced graphene oxide laminate with reducing agent which does not generate carbon dioxide (CO2) or carbon monoxide (CO) as major component when it reduces graphene oxide; (2) barrier material; and (3) reduced graphene oxide laminate membrane which is formed by affixing reduced graphene oxide membrane to metal substrate and dispersing adhesion promoter throughout reduced graphene oxide laminate and/or between reduced graphene oxide laminate and substrate.
