▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of polydopamine-graphene oxide-nano copper modified screen printing electrode involves (s1) adding polyvinylpyrrolidone solution in water, sequentially adding copper chloride solution and graphene oxide solution, adding sodium borohydride solution, and stirring until the solution becomes transparent brown yellow to obtain graphene oxide-nano copper (GO-CuNPs) solution, (s2) adding dopamine hydrochloride in graphene oxide-nano copper solution, and adjusting the pH value of the solution to obtain dopamine and graphene oxide-nano copper mixed solution (referred to as self-polymerization solution), and (s3) placing the screen-printed electrode in dopamine and graphene oxide-nano copper mixed solution, carrying out self-polymerization reaction under dark condition, taking out the electrode after finishing reaction, and cleaning. USE - Preparation of polydopamine-graphene oxide-nano copper modified screen printing electrode used in chlorpromazine content measurement (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polydopamine-graphene oxide-nano copper modified screen printing electrode has low detection limit, high sensitivity and wide linear range when being used for determining chlorpromazine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of polydopamine-graphene oxide-nano copper modified screen printing electrode in chlorpromazine content measurement.
