NOVELTY - Preparing a computer host shell involves preparing raw material by taking 20-30 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 15-20 pts. wt. diamond, 10-20 pts. wt. zirconia, 10-15 pts. wt. nano-aluminum silicate, 10-15 pts. wt. nano graphene powder, 8-10 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 6-8 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 3-6 pts. wt. spherical alumina, 2-6 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. alumina, 1-3 pts. wt. amino resin and 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant. The raw materials are mixed and grounded, and raw materials other than the dispersant are sequentially placed in a crusher for crushing. USE - Method for preparing a computer host shell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a computer host shell, which dissipates heat with high efficiency, adopts simple and easily obtained raw material, reasonable raw material, high radiation performance than single radiating material, and improves thermal conductivity of shell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The pulverized raw materials are uniformly mixed, and then placed in a grinding mill to be milled to a mixed powder having a mesh number of 5-10 meshes. The mixed powder is melted to obtain molten mixture, mixed with dispersant in a high-speed mixer at a high speed to obtain a mixture, and the mixture is melted in a high-temperature furnace to obtain a molten product. The obtained molten product is formed by pouring it into a forming template to obtain a blank. The obtained blank is sintered at a high temperature of 300-500 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain sintered blank. The obtained blank is placed in an annealing chamber for annealing treatment for 5-7 hours, and then cooled to 20-25 degrees C to obtain a final shell.
