NOVELTY - The matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry-target (10) for the sample analysis, comprises a matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight (MALDI-TOF) plate (11), a graphene layer (13) applied on the MALDI-TOF plate, and a metal layer or a silicon layer (15), which is present between the MALDI-TOF plate and the graphene layer. The graphene layer has a thickness of 5-50 nm, and contains chemical functional groups (17) such as hydrogen group, amino group, carboxyl group, alcohol group and sulfhydryl group. USE - Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry-target useful in a matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometer for sample analysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry-target ensures precise sample analysis with high isotope resolution capacitance.
