NOVELTY - Directly transferring graphene thin film, involves forming graphene thin film on both sides of copper foil using chemical vapor deposition device, removing the thin film on one side of copper foil using oxygen plasma cleaner, paving transfer carrier on the film and adding organic solvent on the transfer carrier edge, soaking the transfer carrier, film and copper foil in corrosive solution, dipping combination of transfer carrier film and graphene in deionized water, transferring the combination of film and carrier onto filter paper, and vacuum-drying the product. USE - The method is useful for directly transferring graphene thin film. ADVANTAGE - The transfer of film from metal surface can be carried out conveniently without using organic colloid and special equipment. The method enables to form single layer film of 100 microns. The film has controlled size, high production safety and improved industrial application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method of directly transferring graphene thin film, involves forming the graphene thin film on both sides on 25 micron copper foil using chemical vapor deposition device, removing the graphene thin film on one side of copper foil using oxygen plasma cleaner, paving the transfer carrier on the graphene thin film surface and adding organic solvent on the transfer carrier edge, after the organic solvent natural volatilization, soaking the transfer vector, the graphene film and the copper coil into corrosive solution, contacting the copper foil with corrosion solution, after the copper foil layer is totally corroded by the corrosion solution, dipping combination of transfer carrier film and graphene in deionized water to clean the residual corrosion solution, carrying out the whole cleaning process for 4-6 times, transferring the combination of graphene thin film and the transfer carrier onto the filter paper, and vacuum-drying the combination of graphene thin film and the transfer carrier.
