▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano composite photocatalytic material comprises graphene oxide and silver-doped zinc oxide. The photocatalytic material is obtained by dispersing the silver-doped zinc oxide nano particles in graphene sheet layer. USE - Used as a nano composite photocatalytic material. ADVANTAGE - The nano composite material: has strong absorption in UV-visible light region at a wavelength of 200-800 nm, and absorbance of more than 0.6; under dark conditions, an adsorption rate of more than 20% to organic dye under visible light irradiation; and degrades the organic dye, preferably rhodamine B in 2 hours at a removal rate of more than 50% or 75% (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nano composite material, comprising (i) ultrasonically treating graphene oxide for 3-5 hours by adding water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (ii) dissolving silver acetate and zinc acetate in deionized water to obtain an aqueous solution, mixing the obtained silver nitrate solution and zinc acetate solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain solution A; (iii) dissolving sodium hydroxide in deionized water to obtain sodium hydroxide aqueous solution; (iv) mixing solution A and graphene oxide dispersion liquid, uniformly stirring, adjusting the pH to 9-12 by slowly adding sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, continuously stirring until homogenous mixture is obtained, transferring the mixture into liner of reaction kettle, where the concentration of the graphene oxide in the mixture is 0.27-6.7 g/l, mol concentration of silver ion is 6.7 mmol/l, and mol concentration of zinc ion is 0.13 mol/l; and (v) sealing the liner of reaction kettle containing the reaction material by a stainless steel cover, performing hydro-thermal treatment by maintaining the temperature for 8-24 hours at 120-200 degrees C, naturally cooling the reaction kettle to room temperature, performing centrifugal separation of the obtained product, repeatedly washing for many times using absolute ethanol and deionized water, and vacuum drying.
