▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of modified graphene electrically conductive anticorrosive paint involves: (1) reacting graphene oxide with concentrated aqueous ammonia under stirring, filtering reaction mixture to obtain filtrate, washing obtained filtrate, drying washed filtrate under vacuum to obtain amine-based graphene powder, adding aniline and aqueous solution of isopropanol to obtained amine-based graphene powder, performing ultrasonic oscillation, adding hydrochloric acid to reaction mixture, and then controlling reaction temperature at 0-5 degrees C using ice water bath. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene electrically conductive anticorrosive paint (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of modified graphene electrically conductive anticorrosive paint involves: (1) reacting 5 g graphene oxide with 50-150 ml concentrated aqueous ammonia at 30 degrees C under stirring for 24 hours, then carrying out reaction at 70 degrees C for 10 hours, filtering reaction mixture to obtain filtrate, washing obtained filtrate, drying washed filtrate under vacuum to obtain amine-based graphene powder, adding 5-10 g aniline and 20-35 ml aqueous solution of isopropanol to obtained amine-based graphene powder, performing ultrasonic oscillation for 30 minutes, adding 10-30 ml hydrochloric acid having concentration of 2-3 mole/l to reaction mixture, then controlling reaction temperature at 0-5 degrees C using ice water bath, dripping 0.8-1.5 times aniline and 1 mole/l aqueous solution of ammonium persulfate to reaction mixture, stirring reaction mixture for 6 hours, then filtering to obtain reaction product, washing obtained reaction product with ethanol and distilled water, and drying washed product under vacuum to obtain modified graphene powder; and (2) uniformly mixing component (A) and component (B), where component (A) comprises 10 g epoxy resin, 1-2.5 g modified graphene powder, 0.1-0.3 g silica fumes as anti-settling agent, 10-30 ml solvent mixture, 0.01-0.03 g polydimethylsiloxane as defoaming agent, 0.03-0.05 g leveling agent and 0.04-0.06 g sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate as dispersing agent and component (B) comprises 3-10 g curing agent and 3-10 ml mixed solvent.
