NOVELTY - Preparing open-cell sound-absorbing foam aluminum comprises e.g. (i) mixing graphene oxide and ferrous chloride solution, filtering and preprocessing graphene oxide, (ii) mixing pre-treated graphene oxide and water, then ultrasonically dispersing, adding hydrazine hydrate, stirring and adjusting pH value to 10.5-11 to obtain reduced graphene oxide dispersion, (iii) mixing dispersant and reduced graphene oxide dispersion, performing ultrasonic dispersion, stewing, aging and drying to obtain modified graphene gel, (iv) mixing aluminum powder, magnesium powder and calcium powder under argon protection, heating and adding modified graphene gel, continuously heating and mixing, heating, insulating, injection molding and cooling to obtain foam aluminum billet, and (v) soaking foam aluminum billets in deionized water, ultrasonic soaking and adding ice, ultrasonically immersing, discharging material, washing, and drying under nitrogen protection state. USE - The method is useful for preparing open-cell sound-absorbing foam aluminum. ADVANTAGE - The open-cell sound-absorbing foam aluminum: has excellent mechanical properties and sound-absorbing properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing open-cell sound-absorbing foam aluminum comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide and ferrous chloride solution with a mass ratio of 1:10-1:20 at a constant temperature, filtering and preprocessing the graphene oxide, (ii) mixing pre-treated graphene oxide and water in a mass ratio of 1:100-1:120, then ultrasonically dispersing, adding hydrazine hydrate with 3-5 times mass of graphene oxide, stirring at a constant temperature and adjusting pH value to 10.5-11 to obtain reduced graphene oxide dispersion, (iii) mixing dispersant and reduced graphene oxide dispersion at a mass ratio of 1:3-1:5, performing ultrasonic dispersion, stewing, aging and drying to obtain modified graphene gel, (iv) taking 80-100 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 10-15 pts. wt. magnesium powder and 4-6 pts. wt. calcium powder, then mixing under argon protection, heating the mixture to 900-920 degrees , stirring for 1-2 hours, and adding modified graphene gel with 4-6 wt.% mass of aluminum powder, continuously heating and mixing, heating to 1100-1150 degrees C, insulating the reaction, injection molding and cooling to 300-320 degrees C under argon protection state to obtain foam aluminum billet, and (v) soaking foam aluminum billets in deionized water at 20-25 degrees C, then ultrasonic soaking for 45-60 minutes, and adding ice into de-ionized water equal mass of deionized water, and continuously ultrasonically immersing for 10-20 minutes, discharging the material, washing, and drying under nitrogen protection state to obtain final product.
