▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide comprises (i) washing graphite raw material by water, drying and crushing to obtain graphite powder, (ii) adding prepared graphite powder into the first acid component and ultrasonically processing to obtain graphite-first acid component dispersant, and then ultrasonic stirring the graphite-first acid component dispersant to obtain first acid system, and (iii) crushing the oxidant, then adding second acid component to dissolve to prepare solution of oxidant-second acid component, then combining liquids and ultrasonic stirring for 1-2 hours, then centrifuging, taking the supernatant, adding ammonium sulfate solution having concentration of 3-4 wt.% into the supernatant, salting, then filtering, washing the filter cake by deionized water, then washing with alcohol and drying to obtain graphene oxide. USE - Graphene oxide is useful for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is used to prepare graphene sheet having large specific surface area, and suitable for large scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene, comprising (a) adding graphene oxide into high boiling dispersant, ultrasonic dispersing to prepare 0.1-1 g/ml graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (b) adding reducing agent into prepared graphene oxide dispersion liquid, where the reducing agent is organic acid and/or organic acid salt, the mass ratio of graphene oxide to reducing agent in the graphene oxide dispersion liquid is 1:2-8, and (c) microwave heating reducing agent of graphene oxide dispersion liquid under power of 400-900 W for 5-30 minutes, and then ultrasonic peeling for 0.5-3 hours under power of 100-600 W, and (d) adding an equal volume of water into the treated graphene oxide dispersion, then filtering, washing and drying to obtain graphene.
