▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The modulator has two connecting optical fiber sections (1) and a D-shaped optical fiber section (2) fixed on a coating layer. An end of the D-shaped optical fiber section is fixed on a structure body. Another end of the D-shaped optical fiber section is connected with one of the connecting optical fiber sections. Each connecting optical fiber section and the D-shaped optical fiber section are fixed to form a Mach-Zehnder interference structure. A D-shaped surface of a graphene sheet (3) is fixed on the D-shaped optical fiber section. USE - Graphene based integrated-type full optical fiber interference-type light modulator. ADVANTAGE - The modulator has compact structure, high stability, high integration degree and high selection flexibility. The modulator conveniently increases pump light wavelength.
