NOVELTY - Elastic wing high temperature resistant heat insulation coating comprises 80-100 pts. wt. boron-containing organosilicone resin, 25-40 pts. wt. mesoporous silicon dioxide hollow ball, 8-15 pts. wt. silicon-based polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS), 5-10 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 10-15 pts. wt. low melting point glass powder, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-5 pts. wt. light stabilizer, 150-180 pts. wt. methyl isobutyl ketone, and 150-180 pts. wt. organic solvent. USE - Used as elastic wing high temperature resistant heat insulation coating. ADVANTAGE - The elastic wing high temperature resistant heat insulation coating has good high temperature resistance and heat insulation performance, and exhibits good wave absorption, and can improve the invisible performance of the missile. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing elastic wing high temperature resistant heat insulation coating comprising mixing boron-containing organosilicone resin, mesoporous silicon dioxide hollow ball, silicon-based polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane, organic bentonite, silane coupling agent, low melting point glass powder, dispersant, light stabilizer, methyl isobutyl ketone, and organic solvent, high speed grinding, the grinding speed is 2500-3000 revolution/minute, the discharging fineness is 20-40 m, then adding wave-absorbing filler, continuously stirring uniformly at high speed to obtain uniform slurry, coating the slurry on the surface of the elastic wing substrate, allowing to stand at normal temperature for 2-5 days, drying at 80-100℃ for 2-4 hours, finally placing in a muffle furnace at 250-280℃, heating and curing for 30-50 minutes; and (2) elastic wing comprising a complex material substrate, a 2-temperature-resistant coating, 3-male-female twisting bolt, 4-titanium alloy front edge comprises the elastic wing high temperature-resistant insulation coating.
