NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene aluminum composite material involves preparing aluminum hydroxide-coated graphene nanoparticles by hydrothermal method, treating aluminum hydroxide-coated graphene nanoparticles under high temperature inert atmosphere, melting pure aluminum block or aluminum alloy block at 650-750 degrees C to obtain aluminum liquid, adding alumina-coated graphene nanoparticles to aluminum liquid, stirring uniformly and cooling. USE - Preparation of graphene aluminum composite material. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum hydroxide-coated graphene nanoparticles can effectively prevent graphene from reacting with aluminum liquid at high temperature to form aluminum carbide, thereby greatly improving the mechanical properties of the composite material.
