▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The filter has a support (10) made of glass fibers e.g. long fibers or pulverized fibers, where a carbon structure (20) grown from a seed is formed on the support. The carbon structure comprises carbon nanotube or graphene. The seed is formed using a mixture containing metal oxide precursor and metal catalyst. The metal oxide precursor is a metal alkoxide or metal ethoxide. The metal catalyst is magnesium oxide (MgO) or aluminum oxide (Al2O3). The support comprises a branched shape in which the glass fibers are irregularly entangled in a fibrous form. The support filters out suspended matter in air that is larger than size of a space between the branch shapes of the support due to the entangled fibrous shape of the glass fibers. USE - Non-powered electrostatic air cleaning filter for use in an air conditioning system of a high-level and advanced building. ADVANTAGE - The filter removes pollutants including fine suspended matter in air in an electrostatic manner without supplying power, so that chemical and thermal stability of the filter can be improved, dust and organic matter can be removed using heat treatment and reuse can be easily performed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a non-powered electrostatic air cleaning filter.
