NOVELTY - Preparing graphene powder involves adding graphite as raw material, inserting layer additive, water and surfactant in mass ratio of 1:2-5:5-10:0.1-0.5 to obtain dispersed suspension, stirring and dispersing in the solvent for 10-25 minutes at speed of 300-500 revolution per minute to obtain dispersed suspension. The obtained product is allowed to stand for 3-5 days and dispersed into the conical grinding device at controlling speed of 500-1000 revolution per minute. The obtained product is crushed continuously by high speed disintegrator and placing on the double-plate oppositely. USE - Method for preparing graphene powder for lubricant additives (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene powder in cost-effective and eco-friendly manner, promotes industrialization production, and has good dispersing property, and large diameter. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene powder involves adding graphite as raw material, inserting layer additive, water and surfactant in mass ratio of 1:2-5:5-10:0.1-0.5 to obtain dispersed suspension, stirring and dispersing in the solvent for 10-25 minutes at speed of 300-500 revolution per minute to obtain dispersed suspension. The obtained product is crushed continuously by high speed disintegrator and placing on the double-plate oppositely moving bar pin mill with high speed of 1000-3000 revolution per minute. The obtained product is crushed and maintained the graphite radial size in the range of 200-300 microns. The graphite nanosheet is accelerated through pump to speed of 5-10 meter per second. The high speed air flow is generated shear force continuously and crushed to obtain graphene powder. The graphite powder as raw material is treated by cone mill and high-speed pin-mill to form graphite powder.
