NOVELTY - Carbon black material comprises 25-50 wt.% carbon black, 5-20 wt.% graphite powder, 2-10 wt.% graphene oxide, 2-10 wt.% composite photoinitiator, 0.5-5 wt.% additive composition and 40-50 wt.% water glass. USE - Carbon black material used for UV light-cured nano metal conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The carbon black material ensures ink to quickly cured by UV light, has improved blackness, dispersibility, fluidity and excellent curing effect, fluidity and light absorption, shortens the curing time to less than 20 seconds, and if the effect is excellent, achieves curing effect to 10 seconds. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the carbon black material, involving (a) taking above-mentioned raw materials, (b) dispersing graphene oxide and carbon black in water to obtain dispersion liquid, dissolving water glass to obtain raw material crude solution, adding dispersion liquid to raw material crude liquid, and filtering to obtain qualified water glass solution, (c) uniformly mixing obtained sodium silicate solution with 2-2.5 %mass nitric acid solution, and reacting at 80-95 degrees C for 90-110 minutes to obtain carbon black crude product, (d) performing filter pressing, washing, pulping and drying process on crude carbon black product to obtain carbon black finished product, and washing obtained carbon black finished product with water of 25-40 degrees C, where the electrical conductivity in washing wastewater is lower than 2 mS/cm, (e) adding carbon black finished product to ball mill, starting ball milling, pouring obtained composite photoinitiator to ball mill, uniformly mixing and crushing for 30 minutes to obtain mixed powder product, (f) pouring obtained mixed powder product to stirrer, and adding additive component, starting the stirrer, and uniformly stirring at a rotating speed of 60 rpm for 30 minutes.
