▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hydrothermal preparation of nitrogen and sulfur co-doped three-dimensional graphene material comprises dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, dripping thiourea solution, and magnetically stirring; dripping ammonia, element doping, hydrothermally reduction reacting, and repeatedly washing with deionized water and alcohol; and pre-freezing in refrigerator or liquid nitrogen, and freeze-drying. USE - Method for hydrothermal preparing nitrogen and sulfur co-doped three-dimensional graphene material (claimed) used in super capacitor, electrode and lithium-ion battery.
