NOVELTY - Graphene-modified rigid polyurethane comprises 100-125 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 1-2.2 pts. wt. catalyst, 5-9 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1.5-3 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 0-0.1 pts. wt. water, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 0.3-1 pts. wt. graphite powder, 1-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, and 120-140 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, where the modified graphene oxide is graphene oxide treated with a modifier, and the modifier comprises cyanuric chloride and polyisocyanate. USE - The graphene-modified rigid polyurethane is used for heat supply pipeline, refrigerating device, building industry, building roof wall, and electromagnetic shielding. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified rigid polyurethane has excellent mechanical properties while having excellent thermal insulation properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene modified rigid polyurethane comprising first mixing the raw materials except polyisocyanate evenly, adding polyisocyanate and mixing for 10-15 second, and performing free foaming to obtain graphene-modified rigid polyurethane.
