NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dots modified with diphenyl azide phosphate involves dissolving diphenyl azide phosphate and glucose into solvent to form first precursor solution, adjusting the pH of the first precursor solution to be acidic to form second precursor solution. The hydrothermal reaction is performed on the second precursor solution. The hydrothermal product is filtered and dialysis to obtain filtrate. The filtrate is dried to form azide-modified graphene quantum dots. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dots modified with diphenyl azide phosphate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene quantum dots modified with diphenyl azide phosphate that has good stability, higher quantum yield and fluorescence intensity.
