NOVELTY - A solar battery comprises back electrode, n-doped or p-doped indium phosphide layer, 1-10 graphene layer and anode. USE - Solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The solar battery has high light transmittance and high conductivity of graphene material, excellent semiconductor properties and high conversion efficiency, and can be prepared simply and cost-effectively. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing the solar battery, which involves cleaning n or p-doped indium phosphide deposited side of the back electrode, soaking the back electrode in chemical cleaning liquid for 5 seconds-30 minutes, drying the cleaning liquid, and depositing graphene on other side of the indium phosphide layer.
