NOVELTY - A mechanical device hydraulic oil comprises 52-61 pts. wt. base oil, 13-19 pts. wt. modified graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 6-10 pts. wt. talc powder, 14-18 pts. wt. paraffin, 5-9 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 4-7 pts. wt. polyisobutylene, 5-9 pts. wt. hydroxyethylimidazoline, 4-8 pts. wt. succinic acid ester, 6-10 pts. wt. polymethylacrylate, 4-8 pts. wt. defoamer, 7-11 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-7 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, and 3-7 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Mechanical device hydraulic oil. ADVANTAGE - The oil has simple preparation method, low manufacturing cost, and good anti-wear property, wetting performance, and oxidation stability performance, prolongs service life of device, improves working efficiency of hydraulic mechanical device, has uniform pressure transfer, reduces friction and abrasion, has quick heat dissipation, reduces power consumption, and saves energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the hydraulic oil comprising adding silicon dioxide, talc powder, polyisobutylene, and dispersant in cutting machine, and shearing at 330-350 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 18-22 minutes to obtain dispersed material; mixing wax, zinc stearate, succinic acid ester, and polymethacrylate into reaction kettle, heating, and reacting for 0.8-1 hour at 85-88 degrees C; adding modified graphene into base oil, adding dispersed material and heat stabilizer, stir-reacting for 0.4-0.5 hour at 120-140 rpm, cooling to room temperature, wet grinding for 1.5-1.8 hours, adding mixed material, and wet milling for 2.2-2.5 hours; and adding remaining raw materials, heating, stir-reacting for 0.7-0.8 hour at 48-52 degrees C, and cooling to room temperature.
