NOVELTY - Preparing carbon fiber composite graphite pole plate, comprises (a) partially shielding both sides of the carbon fiber prepreg to obtain a partially exposed carbon fiber prepreg; (b) adding graphite conductive material into the surface of the exposed part of the partially exposed carbon fiber prepreg, removing the shielding to obtain a carbon fiber prepreg partially added with graphite conductive material; (c) pressing the carbon fiber prepreg partially added with graphite conductive material to obtain a formed carbon fiber prepreg; and (d) solidifying the formed carbon fiber prepreg. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon fiber composite graphite pole plate, which is used in field of fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, low manufacturing cost, and is suitable for mass production. The carbon fiber composite graphite polar plate has good forming strength, and can obtain the double-pole plate with thin thickness, it can satisfy for the use of the fuel cell stack. The thickness of the graphite base plate forming strength is low, the processing cost is high, the whole volume of the prepared electric stack is large, the power density is small, and it is difficult to satisfy the fuel stack.
