▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Rubber/nano carbon coated artificial stone polishing waste comprises 25-80 wt.% rubber, 0.5-3 wt.% nano carbon material, 10-60 wt.% polishing waste, 1-5 wt.% activator, 1-5 wt.% vulcanizing agent, 1-3 wt.% promoter, 1-5 wt.% softener, 1-3 wt.% anti-aging agent. The nano carbon material is one or more of graphene, graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes. The activator is one or more of zinc oxide and stearic acid, zinc stearate and magnesium oxide. The softening agent is one or more of a naphthenic oil, an aromatic hydrocarbon oil, a hydraulic oil, dioctyl sebacate and dioctyl phthalate. The antioxidant is 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline (RD), 2-mercaptobenzimidazole (MB), N,N'-dibutyldithio One or more of nickel carbamate (NBC) and N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine (4010NA). USE - Rubber/nano carbon coated artificial stone polishing waste. ADVANTAGE - The rubber/nano carbon coated artificial stone polishing waste has high surface activity, which effectively improves interface action of polishing waste material and rubber matrix. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing rubber/nano carbon coated artificial stone polishing waste, which involves: (A) mixing polishing waste and water in a weight ratio of 1:1 to 1:2, and stirring uniformly to obtain a polishing waste suspension; (B) adding nano carbon material into deionized water, stirring uniformly, ultrasonically dispersing, and formulating 3-5 wt.% nano carbon material water dispersion; (C) adding nano carbon material aqueous dispersion into the polishing waste suspension, where mass ratio of the nano carbon material and the polishing waste is 1: 20-30, the stirring is uniform, and coating nano carbon material in the polishing, standing, suction filtration, removing moisture, drying, and obtaining nano carbon material coated polishing waste; (D) adding rubber to the rubber mixer or rubber mill, masticate, and then adding nano carbon material coated to scrape the scrap, then adding activator, softener and anti-aging agent, and finally adding mixing agent, accelerator, mixing to obtain a rubber compound; and (E) preparing vulcanizate on a rubber flat vulcanizing machine, where vulcanization temperature is 150-180 degrees C and the vulcanization time is 5-15 minutes to obtain the final product.
