▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Cortisol MIP sensing electrode, where the electrode modified by the composite material obtains an electrical signal response (1) that is more than 8 times larger than that of the bare electrode, performing electropolymerization on the modified electrode using electrochemical techniques (2), and obtaiing a MIP-type cortisol detection sensor electrode with ultra-low detection limit by elution in the eluent (3). USE - The method for preparing MXene and graphene material modified cortisol molecular imprinting sensing electrode and used for detecting cortisol. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of cortisol sensing electrode with ultra-low detection lower limit, and high sensitivity.
