▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Carbon nano particle/epoxy resin interface strengthened electron beam radiation-induced cross linking comprises (1) uniformly dispersing the carbon nano-particles in the epoxy resin matrix to prepare the carbon nanoparticle/epoxy resin material, (2) adding curing agent or initiator in the material and mixing uniformly and (3) cross-linking the material and curing, cross linking is using electron beam stream with energy of more than 80 keV to radiate the material and finishing the interface radiation cross linking strengthening of the carbon nano particle/epoxy resin. USE - The method is useful for aerospace, rail traffic and energy equipment fields. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides a high feasibility; has convenient operation, no chemical reagent pollution of carbon nano-particle/resin interface of the strengthening method; integrates the material curing and interface strengthening with high efficiency; is economical and has no pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a cured resin, which is prepared by above the method.
