NOVELTY - Preparing graphene film, comprises carrying out oxidation treatment of graphite, to obtain graphite oxide, dissolving graphite oxide in an organic solvent, to obtain graphite oxide solution, coating graphite oxide solution was on surface of conductive glass, to obtain graphene oxide film, placing graphite oxide thin film conductive glass in an electrolyte solution, carrying out electrochemical reduction process based on preset voltage at a preset length reduction, to obtain the final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces thin mono-layered graphene film, and has simple operation procedure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene film, prepared as mentioned above.
