▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Target material delivery system comprises nanocage made of Prussian blue, and target material and a stealth component loaded in nanocage. USE - Target material delivery system in preparing pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The target material delivery system is safe using Prussian blue, a substance used in clinical practice, and when an anticancer agent is included as the target substance, photothermal activity and anticancer agent release anti-tumor efficacy, which is remarkably excellent by the combination effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a pharmaceutical composition, which comprises nanocage made of Prussian blue, and anticancer agent and a stealth component loaded in the nanocage as an active ingredient; and (2) a method for preparing the target material delivery system, which involves preparing a Prussian blue nanocage by hydrothermal reaction of a solution of Prussian blue and polyvinylpyrrolidone, adding a target substance and a stealth component to the Prussian blue nanocage dispersion, and spraying the dispersion liquid with a vibrating nozzle device.
